Steven Covey is a waste of time IMO. I look at him in the same vain as Maxwell. With that said I know people who swear by both. With these types of authors you have to find the voice that works for you. There are a lot out there that say the same thing so just keep reading and growing.

I’m re-reading it again right now. It tends to get me back on track every time I do. Maybe re-read every couple of years

If you like 7 habits, try "The 3rd Alternative" by Covey as well. Read this recently and enjoyed it.
