Quick stocks. Short ribs if I don't have 6 hours to braise them. Great for steaming frozen dumplings/frozen tamales.

Worth it for red beans alone. Once I got my technique down its the best red beans Ive ever had in under an hour.
Also good for pork loin/tenderloin, roast and gravy, makes tough cuts of meat super tender.

how you do this?
1 cup oats to 1 5/8 cup water for 10 minutes on high and sit 10 minutes before removing lid. I like my oats a little dry rather than mushy so I stir and let them sit with the lid off for 15 minutes or so. I usually make 2 cups at a time.

6 cups of water without soaking and I use stock instead of water.

What’s the difference between it and a crock pot?
Posted on 9/13/18 at 6:33 am to couv1217
It is a crock pot + pressure cooker + steamer + sautér + rice maker + yogurt maker
I’m probably missing a few things
