Quick stocks. Short ribs if I don't have 6 hours to braise them. Great for steaming frozen dumplings/frozen tamales.

Worth it for red beans alone. Once I got my technique down its the best red beans Ive ever had in under an hour.

Also good for pork loin/tenderloin, roast and gravy, makes tough cuts of meat super tender.

I still soak my beans, start soak before I go to work
Quarter stick butter in pot
Trinity
Saute trinity and some garlic in the butter for maybe 5 min
Dump in beans and cajun seasoning of your choice along with pound of sausage
1 can chicken broth
1 cup water
Cook for 45 min
Let pressure self release for 15 min
Pull pot and let it settle for 20 min or so while you cook your rice

I use this recipe and cook for 60 minutes instead of 40.

It’s money.

1 cup oats to 1 5/8 cup water for 10 minutes on high and sit 10 minutes before removing lid. I like my oats a little dry rather than mushy so I stir and let them sit with the lid off for 15 minutes or so. I usually make 2 cups at a time.

I’m probably missing a few things
