His family and surrounding community is very pro-LSU. Corey Raymond is from that area, went to the same HS as Boutte, and he is seems to be locked into being a 2-sport athlete with T&F. Based off of what the 247 Mods have said, he's sold and will be a difficult flip. TIFWIW.

Brown wasn’t serious about track or coming to LSU. Nor was tony brown ever committed or from new Iberia

I work in the area and have a tie to the program via one of their coaches. He claims that Boutte was ecstatic with the Bama offer and is unsure of where he currently stands despite remaining committed to LSU. I guess time will tell.
