Yahoo League message board.

I've have a few different phones, and run into the same issue with each. I cant post to the league message board from my phone. When i try to post a message, the message box is super small, or not even displayed, and/or the pop-up keyboard obscures the text box so you cant see what you are typing, and/or the submit button is cut off and inaccessible.
Is it just me, or does every other yahoo user experience the same? If so, how has this never been fixed as it's happened for over 10 years.
Trying to post a reply,and this is the screen i see. If I try to type, the keyboard covers the bottom, but even after typing, I cant hit submit. I cannot move the message box, it sits at the bottom partially off screen.
