Anyone have experience with setting up the Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS with DCS world?

Just got it and out of the box it doesn't seem to have things auto config the game for the new HOTAS. I did use a Saitek crappy joystick before. I sure as hell am not going to self program the thing. Any words of advice?

Have you tried unplugging it and then plugging it back in?

I even rebooted

I should clarify. The whole system does work as intended, but there are LITERALLY 50,000 buttons and switches, some that work, some that don't (when i say don't i mean I have no clue what its doing).
Config in the controls menu are "Button 2 = fire cannon or button 23,454 = dispense beverage".
Problem is, mapping these things is fricking insane or even knowing which button is what number. I am trying to find out if there are profiles (and how to actually load them) to make my life easier.
