I probably should have searched here but I just wanted to know what is the easiest way to play the fan translated Earthbound 3 game.
I replayed Earthbound recently and have NO IDEA why I haven't played the fan translated game.

Download a Emulator. Also mother 3 is considered Earthbound 2 not 3.

I bought it on gba in English for $20 on Amazon like 5 years ago.

It's not an official Nintendo release. I bought one from the nintendoage.com forums.

No some guy bought a gba cartridge, installed the ROM with the English patch on it and printed out the English translated sticker for it. Looks like what I imagine an English version would look like if they ever released one.

I remember going to the rental store (not blockbuster...was a local place down in da parish) and seeing this game like it was yesterday. The BIGGEST box ever and you had to pay like a dollar extra to get the strategy guide with it.
I play it once every 5 years. I just haven't sat down with the translated one. I still couldn't believe that Ness was in smash bros.

Mother 3 is a VERY good game! Still boggles my mind that it never made it over here officially. 3 does a lot of things differently, compared to 1 and 2 (namely, it has chapters and you play as different people through those). There's tons of ways to play it, just figure out what works best for you.
