Trade Kelce to improve at RB

12 man PPR
QB Josh Allen
WR D Hop, Cooper
RB, Conner, D Freeman
Flex: Locket
TE: Kelce
Bench: I Smith, Samuels (handcuffs)
L Murray, R Freeman
Hardman , McLaurin
He has Gurley, Ingram and A Jones. He also has Waller at TE.
My proposal would be to trade Kelce for Waller and an RB.
I don’t have much faith in Conner or D Freeman.
Should I propose this trade and if so, which RB should I ask for?

It’s a struggle to trade Kelce.
Here is why
Looking at last years stats for TE
Kelce 295
Ertz 280
Kittle 258
Ebron 222
Cook 193
Hooper 163
Rudolph 151
Burton 147
Njoku 144
McDonald 133
The big three are head and heels above the other TE’s and just between the Te 1 and 4-5 you are looking at 70-100 pts difference in production... when you sell Kelce it gets tough Bc his value is so immensely high that unless you are getting a topish TE and 2 or so more players, you lose the trade.

Why not try and move one of your 3 WRs? You only have to start two, McLaurin is shaping up to be a solid flex and Hardman can be a upside stop gap until Hill comes back. Find the guy weak at WR and move Cooper or Lockett? I'd rather keep the star TE compared to taking a 2 for 1.
OR dont move anyone at all. Your lineup is solid outside of RB2. Freeman has been dreadful, BUT he's not that bad. Well maybe he is, but I'd try holding onto Kelce until I had no other option

Kerryon has serious upside.
They just cut CJ, had he not been on the team week one... Kerryon likely finishes with a TD and had he done that he’d be a top 6 rb right behind Saquon through two weeks.
If Gordon comes back you have immediate upside and the depth to make the move. Pull the trigger.
