Searching for purple chrome helmet.

My brother-in-law is a huge LSU fan and has gifted me a couple of signed helmets along with a Saints helmet. We have made a few season openers and even traveled to the Wisconsin game a few years back. I live in Lake Charles. Coach O's son is our McNeese Cowboys' QB. I'd like to get the purple chrome helmet so I can get it signed and hand it to my brother-in-law. Could someone please point me in the right direction to get an actual regulation or replica sized helmet? Thanks in advance for any help. Geaux Tigers! Burreaux for President!

I think he’s looking for the color changing ones the players wore in the Moo State game last season.

I'm not sure that those are available to the public. The OP just says a purple chrome helmet. For the actual color changing ones that LSU wore on the field, I would try getting a white one and bringing it to a paint and body shop to see if they can do it.

I remember seeing a price tag in an article about those helmets and it was something like $4000

The actual paint they used was some outrageous price, but a paint and body shop may be able to something similar for cheaper. I would suggest a smaller one because a big shop probably wouldn't take on that job. I had that problem when I needed to get a small piece painted for my truck.
Eta: $1500 per gallon for the paint after just looking for it online.

I bought the decals online and then bought a TCU helmet and replaced the decals
