The kid has so much to live up to. Whats the boards feeling on him? Does he have what it takes to get the team to the playoffs?

He absolutely has what it takes to make the cfp. There’s a lot we really don’t know though. Does he work hard? How good is he With the receivers? How good is he under pressure? Can he fight?

My projection over the regular season of 12 games.

3,600 yards passing
40 TDs

I've got the offense averaging 515 yards per game. Last year was roughly 370/200 pass/run. I've got it as 300/215 this season.

So more balance to the offense in terms of yardage distribution.

I have so much faith in Myles, idk whether I'm setting myself up for dissapointment or not, but I hope that young man balls out.

I think we run the ball a little more next year.

Not just to take more off of Brennan’s plate but because our Oline replacements (the guys I see filling spots) are better at run blocking than pass blocking.

The defense will need to be better from the start the season. Tough task after losing so much.

I think 10-2 would be an amazing season all things considered.

Do you think Emery runs the ball more next year?

I'm not gonna lie, I'm a bit concerned about Emery. It definitely spoke volumes that Burrow lobbied for Curry to start vs OU.

This is Curry's job to lose right now. He decided not to enter the transfer portal. I doubt he's going to waste that decision by losing the starting job next year. He's a really really good running back.

Bottom line, LSU is in an enviable position regarding their running backs. They got 3 legit choices.

If you are expecting lightning in a bottle twice in a row, you are probably setting yourself up for disappointment. If we make the playoffs next year I am pretty sure LSU will be the first team to make the playoffs returning only what is it 6 starters or is it 7? Compare to this year where we had the most starters return of any Power 5 team. Experience matters big time.

I think we are set up to make that run to the CFP championship game in 2021 where we once again wil have a very seasoned QB and returning close to the most starters in the power 5 group again!

Brennan will be one and done if he does what I project he'll do.

Then Caleb Williams takes over as a true freshman.

Less TD's more INT's.

3300 yds 64% CMP 35 TD's 10 INT's. 11-2 Season with a win in a NY6 Bowl.

If he has a work ethic similar to Burrow's, I'd guess he gets LSU into the playoffs.

I'd be a little surprised if he doesn't.

Regular season projection only.

3500 yards, 35 touchdowns 10 picks. 65% completion percentage. 10-2 record, although I can possibly see us getting to 11-1.
