These are North of I-10

So for $150/mo a family in Baton Rouge can join the Bluffs? It’s a legit deal.

The big problem is time. People value their time. A four hour round alone is trouble for the golf industry then you have to add that drive to get there and back?

really is. I live there. greens in very good shape. fairways thin but ok. lots of play lately.
