Debt/Mortgage Payment software question

Anybody have any experiences with mortgage and or debt payment software? I normally use Quicken, but I have a family member hawking a program that costs around $3500.
Without even seeing it i think its a scam akin to the 4 grand 'pick a stock' software that was going around a few years back.

It's a scam. Write check, send check, pay bills. Send extra check for principal,pay mortgage early. You don't need to spend $3500 for that.

United First Financial is a pyramid scheme and a waste of money.

ETA: your relative will make $900 of the $3500 if you buy.
