All I hear is him trying to mean saying things that President Trump says and means about the good people (translate: “normal” Americans) being the backbone of America.
Also, nice “Build Back Better” background...sounds to me like Make America Great Again. Polling must be saying do as Trump does, but try and trick people into falling for voting for Biden instead.
