Baton Rouge and New Orleans are significantly more dangerous than Chicago

Just putting this out there, since so many OT'rs think Chicago is a shite hole.
Louisiana cities are a war zone by comparison.
What is New Orleans going to do to beat out St. Louis and Baltimore for the top spot? With a little work, it could have double the murder rate of Chicago.
All stats from Wikipedia BTW, which has drawn it from FBI.Gov.

If there were only some sort of pattern here, we could understand the issue and discuss it and hopefully fix the problem. Too bad it is just random.

chicago is a beautiful city my guy. was there last weekend. very great place. much wealthier than anything in Louisiana by far
