Heading to the Swamp

I'm heading to the Florida game in a big 40' RV pulling a Jeep with 3 other LSU fans. It's our first time there for a game.
Does anyone have suggestions for:
(1) where to rent a big RV spot near the action
(2) places to go out for a few Adult Libations in the evening?
(3) things to look for up to game time on campus?
I also like to take lots of photos ... camera with a big white lens ... so any tips on things to look for around the stadium or rules around the stadium would be appreciated.

bring cups bc their cops are douches. dont walk off campus with any alcohol you will get a fricking ticket.

There is 'visitors' RV parking on SW 34th Street Across from married housing and the Harn Museum of Art.

Gainesville won't be the same since the Purple Porpoise closed, but there are plenty of bars down University Avenue between NW 13th street and 21st street. 'The Swamp' is the place where lots of LSU fans have hung out before the night before the game.
Also lots of more eclectic bars downtown round SE 1st street that arent so 'college-like'.

The cops. Just be careful with your drinks...you cant have an open container on the street. The cops WILL ticket you.

If you have time, try to go to lake alice (on campus)...lots of alligators there. The clock tower in the middle of campus is a nice place for shots also.

went there in 06 very strict on drinking fans r big time douchebags who taunted us about katrina ravaging our state. stadium is maybe as loud r louder than tiger stadium great place to watch a game

they had a guy at gameday with a megaphone talking shite about katrina. that ended when his face got smashed by a football.

i was probably near you bc we were in the back of that group and we had ran off alot of the uf fans.
