Logo Editing Help!?!?!

I am trying to add the words "Certified Public Accountants" scrolling under this logo in black lettering. Any help on how to best do this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks alot Bengal! I guess my first post was confusing b/c I didn't want the words to be moving. I want them stationaly but wrapped (curved) around the bottom of the logo. Kash, Do you think you could do that for me?
