LAX Airport Question- Connecting T5 to T2

Not familiar at all with LAX so asking the board for some help. Flying into T5 and will have roughly 1 hr 50 min to change terminals and get on my next flight over in T2. First flight of the day so not really worried much about missing the connection just trying to optimize my efforts.
What's the easiest way to get over there- go through the P5 and P2 parking garages, wait for the connecting terminal bus, or do the walk from T5 to T4, TBIT, T3, and finally T2? Is all of this done on the arrivals level or is there a shortcut from the departures level?
I've been trying to do my research but can't tell a few things.
1. Can I get from the P5 to P2 garages by walking? I'm assuming so but looks like there's a street to cross.
2. Are there sidewalks on West Way? Looks like this is the road that goes straight from T5 to T3/T2 and google maps says it's possible but want to confirm.
Appreciate the help from the LAX experts

If you don't have luggage, or luggage with no physical ailments, I would definitely walk.
ETA: There are sidewalks or you can weave through the decks from the arrivals level.

Absolutely plan to walk (carry on light bag), the bus is a last resort.
That's good about the sidewalks, I couldn't tell on google maps if the sidewalks were there for West Way or between the parking garages. I was reading it's about 15-20 minutes if I walk the long way T5, T4, TBIT, T3 so I'm going to try for the shortcut on west way or the parking garages to save some time. Thanks

Just made this transition. Got in 20 min early, took 5 min to walk over to T2 next to the parking garages. There's signs directing you to the other terminals and despite all the construction going on this was very easy.

I hate LAX and Bradley for this exact reason.

Was at LAX last month. I did some research before going there since it's one of the more trafficked airports in the world... god its horrendous.
I see why they have all of the construction right now. They need the upgrades big time.

Yeah T2 was not a good experience on delta. Bus gates, crowding, not many food options or places to sit. T3 was demoed and being rebuilt at least, heard that one was even worse
