A detailed analysis of the likely Saints/Bucs game locale

I'm officially back at "work" today, which means my mind is wandering, and I'm not doing anything productive.
Thinking about the possibility of the Saints/Bucs game and where it will be played, I'd like to present to you all the DEFINITIVE thread about the likelihood of each possible scenario. In order of likelihood, here we go.
45% Chance - Buccaneers at Saints, Monday Night 7:30 PM
This option makes the most sense because we're already working with a short week. Even the earliest returners to the city aren't getting back until tonight. Power won't be close to fully restored until late this week (Friday or Saturday) in much of the metro area. Sunday is simply too soon. The arguments that there are already 2 Monday night games scheduled are irrelevant. In the past when the NFL has moved games to Monday night to accomodate natural disasters, that game typically doesn't get televised nationwide, only to the respective markets. I doubt that the NFL Network would even carry the game as it would be "competing" with ESPN which pays huge money to have the only dibs.
40% Chance - Buccaneers at Saints, Sunday 12PM or 3PM or 7PM
This option could certainly work but it will be rushed and tight. Having the game played in New Orleans is hugely important to the morale of the Gulf Coast. Perhaps bumping the game back an extra 3 hours might make sense - every hour is important in the leadup to game prep. The Sunday night option is intriguing because it buys extra time and still doesn't disrupt fans' travel schedules as severely as moving the game to Monday night would. It would be untelevised across the nation so as not to compete with NBC's game. Televised regionally only and perhaps on NFL Sunday Ticket.
7% Chance - Move game to Tampa Bay for Sunday kickoff.
The liklihood of this would have been much higher if not for Hannah lurking in the Atlantic. Even though she's not projected to hit central or (obviously) western Florida, Tampa is almost certain to have relatively high winds and rain on Sunday as she passes.
8% Chance - Kickoff at alternate site (Indy, San Antonio, etc.)
If it is deemed that NOLA can't handle the game and that Tampa is unable to because of Hannah, the game might be moved to Indianapolis or San Antonio or Houston or Dallas.
Bottom line - this game should be played in New Orleans, especially is LSU is still shooting for hosting Troy on Saturday night.
