Flying into Fresno memorial day and renting a car and driving to Yosemite West. Then driving all around the Yosemite for 3-4 days.

I always worry, so may be over reacting. Wondering if this gas shortage will effect this trip and our ability to fuel up.

Do less worrisome people think this is going to be a real concern for our trip?

No. It'll be fine by the end of next week

There isn't really a shortage. There's a major issue getting gas to the east coast, but the gas supply overall is fine. The west won't be impacted by it, and things will likely be back to normal by next week.

This could be more of a problem than gas for the car.

We are headed out to Yosemite ourselves on June 4 and I am worried like hell of getting out there and there not being a car for us. Apparently the reservation doesn't mean shite.
