The condition of the Bluffs

Been seeing a bunch of threads on here about how bad off the Bluffs is. I played there a bunch last summer and it was always in pretty good shape. Are the new owners just not keeping it up, or is the weather just really screwing the course up?

From what I’ve heard, there’s a big scuffle with the HOA, along with the owner switch, and I believe it has led to no money to put into the course recently.

I was out there less than 2 weeks ago. Some of the tee boxes are pretty bad. Fairways are overgrown. Some greens are not in great shape right now. For $30 or whatever the greens fee was it wasn't too bad. Worth driving 50 minutes each way? Probably not
