Does your spitter (dip cup for non-baws) have a lid? I always dip in a bottle or cup with a lid. My dad is a classic Solo cup and napkin kinda guy.
Without fail, everytime he visits, the his cup ends up spilled somewhere. Told him if it happens again he’s gonna have to square up.

When I used to dip, I was a open cup with napkin in it kinda guy. Unless I happen to have a empty coke or beer bottle handy, then I'd use that.

If it’s a one time use spitter I’d use a cup and a napkin most times. For something like footballl games I’d use a water bottle so I’d have a cap and wouldn’t spill it.
I’m ashamed to admit for a while I used to just keep a bottle in my truck and when it got 3/4 of the way full I’d throw it out.

If you put enough paper towel or napkin in there, open cup is fine unless you spit a whole can in there.

I used to be signed up for Skoal rewards and they sent me a “mud jug”.. it was just a hard plastic cup with a funnel lid. It was pretty handy but when you left that thing in the truck during the summer.. Lord help when you have to empty it

Styrofoam cup with paper towel. Do remember the wife taking a sip from a Diet Coke can twice. That was hell. She should've learned after the first time, though.

I don’t think I’d ever use a washable spitter.
I quit in Feb of 2019, and still get the envie when I get the mailers from Skoal every other month.

I finally had to call them to get them to stop sending them. Then I was at Circle K and heard the guy in front of me get a roll of Grizzly for $15. So then I had to do the same

I haven’t dipped in over a year now, can’t believe I used to do that shite 2-3 times a day at a minimum.

My man! Powerade/Gatorade bottle with the large hole can’t be beat. I keep beaucoup empty bottles in my cabinet.

I’m a SOLO cup with a napkin guy but if I have to I don’t mind using a bottle. The key is to get a bottle with a wide opening.

At one point I found out the nearby shell station sold Skoal Spearmint after not being able to find it anywhere for a while. My wife (no pics) was with me when I saw it and she recommended that I buy multiple cans and put them in the fridge.
Now I can’t go to that gas station without looking to see if it’s on the shelf. I don’t even know if they still make it.

I like to take the foam coffee cups and napkins.
Except i get the plastic lids. I cut a spitter section out of the top so if it does get knocked over, it doesn’t go anywhere

My old man is the same way. He's even been known to just raw dog a disposable cup with no napkin. He spilled some in my truck once and I told him bottles only from now on.
As for me, I quit dipping years ago.
