Adjustable fairway woods, are you 100% sold that it works.

I cant say that I am sold on it.
Let's say that I take a Ping 3 wood that has 14.5 degrees of loft and adjust it ( Big +) which should be adding 1 degree of effective loft to the club.
Is this adjustment more effective off the deck than the tee ?
In theory, but adjusting it to the Big +, it should promote more of a Draw.
But since I already draw the ball I use the Big - which should open the face more and decrease the wood to 13.5 effective loft which is not ideal either.
Anyway, I see little effects on the ball flight in any setting especially off of a tee. And I have tried this on Cally and TM with the same results.
I did notice with my eye that the Titleist adjustments do flatten the wood or make it more upright.
So does it really work for you and is it more a marketing tool.

I thought if you increased loft on an adjustable club, it opened the club face?

If you open the face, you are decreasing loft on woods.
Learned that from the Mini Tour days.

I think it is actually the opposite.
Reducing loft, opens face.

The fix: Most adjustable drivers allow you to open the clubface or position more of the adjustable weight to the toe side of the club—or even both. Reducing loft also opens the face slightly.

Get some lead tape.
Put it toward toe to fade.
Put it toward heel to draw.
Put it in rear to raise ball flight.
I don’t see lead tape as much as I use to, but one guy at my club has it on his wedges.

I always look at the adjustments in terms of spin. More loft is more spin, vice versa. Never noticed much in terms of left or right movement from said adjustments.

I did exactly what you just described to ping G410 3 wood and it was a big difference, tee and turf. I did just one increment. I am not a fan of the club face closing in too much though, it throws off my alignment.

I believe that you are correct.
More upright more draw, flatter more fade.
