Red Alert Louisiana:

The Wit and Wisdom Tier 1(Highest rated) curriculum for our K-8 students is full of dark content including suicides, cannibalism, and racism.
You can thank LDOE and BESE for this travesty.

That is one reason, that curriculum specifically, that my kids are in private school.
