Since you helped me, hopefully I'll try to help you too.
I'll go with Smith though. He looks to me to be the #1 for Philly. Julio of course is the #2 and I can never trust that dude to play a full game half of the time.
It's close though. I do expect Seattle/Tennessee to be a shoot out.

Devonte. Julio still has to prove some things for me to play him anywhere other than a flex right now. Even that is dependent on options.
