These are expected to pass. Yesterday Steve Wynn (who gave a lot of money to pass back) blew the whistle ONCE he was made aware of how it would work! Yep, he was sold one thing and Bloomberg did another.

Let's say you are on testosterone (prescribed). If your prescription runs out, yet you still have some left(as is the case with most hormone replacement) and get caught.... you can no longer own a gun. I know a ton of people who is on hormone replacement.

And yes.. this is the example Wynn used. If you have a federally controlled substance... they are going to use that to keep you from owning a gun.

Voters in Washington state, meanwhile, will consider allowing judges to bar people from possessing guns

Gotta go before a judge to prove you are worthy to own a gun

In California, a referendum would ban large-capacity ammunition magazines and require certain people to pass a background check to buy ammunition.

Lawsuits are planned. This will make it to the SCOTUS.

In Nevada, the most expensive contest, the background check campaign collected more than $14 million, much of it from Bloomberg. The NRA devoted $4.8 million to fighting the measure.
