They spend a tremendous amount of money ensuring that. Both in getting those voters out and in encouraging the procreation of more. It's a vicious cycle unlikely to ever be broken until the Republicans find a way to appeal to the Hispanic voters. Early returns make it look like Trump totally alienating Hispanics might be his death knell. Irony at its best.
