Healthcare rates/deductibles?

What are we to expect on rates/deductibles/etc? How long before any normalization? Admittedly, i dont know much about the healthcare world.

Depends on the degree to which ACA is gutted. Are we continuing to cover pre-existing conditions? Are we eliminating minimum qualifying benefits?
