well I don't have the same crystal ball that you apparently do, so anytime you'd like to share I would be grateful

You think our border is anything but imaginary? We wouldn't be having this conversation if we would have put a fence up years ago like we should have. The damage is already done now. Lets patch the hole in the dam after the water has already flooded the town

You think we can just decree that single payer is a thing now and it happen in 4-8 years?

Ah, I misinterpreted what you wrote. I thought that you meant the boarder was imaginary in a "countries are not real, they are fabrications of our oppressors" sense of "imaginary".

ets patch the hole in the dam after the water has already flooded the town
I mean...as long as the damn has a hole, we will never drain the town, so...what is the objection to patching it?

We "just decreed" that purchasing health insurance is mandatory and not complying is punishable via fine within 4-8 years.

That is very different and much easier to accomplish than setting up single payer, and even so it is clearly a broken system anyway

Based on what? LBJ implemented the "great society" within his term, and those were major changes at the time. You have given no reason at all why single payer could not be implemented by HRC other than you think it's complicated.
Let me clue you in, if she wants it to happen, it will happen. I'm not saying it will be well implemented, successful, or anything but a complete fricking train wreck, but it WILL happen if she is determined enough.

I guess it will be another Clinton contradiction then, she said this year that single payer will "Never, Ever happen"

think it's complicated.
You don't think implementing this system in a country of over 300 million people would be complex?

She says lots of things, and I believe none of them. If you want to take her at her word the go for it.
For example, at one time she claimed she had no intention of running for President. LINK

of course it would, but I do not believe that would keep HRC from trying.

If you take her for her word; she is pro-life, pro-choice, conventional marriage, marriage equality, a war on drugs proponent, against the war on drugs, black men are super predators, black men are wrongfully vilified, rape allegations should go through trial before public conviction, if a woman says she was raped that's all we need, etc, not etc, yes, no, blue/white, black/gold...

By looking at the clown/cartoon/lampoon that is the other pick.
Neither will get anything done. Trump will try shite that is tied up by the courts.
Hillary will try shite that will get tied up by congress.
Those being equal I like the one who doesn't make me worry like a drunk uncle at Christmas when he opens his mouth.

Ignorance is bliss. That's how democrats roll! The DNC focuses on the ignorant, it's right in the Wikileaks! Make them feel better about themselves on bs like global warming, racism lies, "we are for the poor" etc. they never research it, they just take their marching orders.

Fair, but why do you believe Trump?

It's not so much that I "believe Trump", rather I would at least support a majority of the things he claims to want to do. Whether or not he is actually able to do them is not entirely within his power, but I at least would be happy if he did.
You, on the other hand, by your own admission have voted for someone whose views in several areas are directly contrary to your own, with the insane hope that she will win then be immediatlely impeached.
I will repeat from earlier: weapons grade stupid

That was sarcasm, though I do hope she is 4 and done.
ETA: I would not be upset if that almost impossible scenario were to happen though

But yeah Hillary is going to do all of this stuff to affect you with no barriers

Starting to believe you fit the bill here.

I have been saying it for over a year. The republicans win this election if they don't nominate Trump or Cruz.. well the went off and MAGA and this is what you get. I voted for Johnson/Weld and did it with a clear mind knowing that what this country needs is a viable 3rd party.

This is a best case scenario IMO.
Can we get some people under 60 back up there in 2020?
Both parties need a reboot. Not two candidates who need the term "reboot" explained to them.

she gets to directly appoint supreme court justices.
Congress can try to block, but that will only work for so long, eventually she's going to get one of her people in there.
Also, if she gets a democrat controlled congress (which is a very real possibility), she will absolutely be able to implement any damn thing she wishes. See Obamacare.
