Should election day be moved to weekend?

I realize it is in the fall and it's football season, but they could schedule it on a bye week for LSU at least. I feel like a middle of the week election is not the way to go.

I saw a number that almost 50% of registered voters (can't recall if it was local or state) have already voted early.

Always thought it should be on a Saturday. You can still have early voting to provide ample opportunity to vote.
