I've never been a Sanders believer so I may be biased. But, I wouldn't feel comfortable starting any Eagles players right now. I had Fulgham and Raeger hoping one would emerge. Dumped them both last week.

I guess if you have one of the TEs you have to start them with how that position looks. I wouldn't feel good about at all though.

Sanders is my RB2 in a league and I'm not starting him in the playoffs. On top of that, they're getting the Saints this week.

Should I start Cam Akers over Sanders this week?

I haven't kept up enough with Akers to give you an educated answer. I've really been slacking the last few weeks.

Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey was limited with a shoulder injury and a new injury -- thigh, which he tweaked last week, according to Matt Rhule. Matt Rhule said it tightened up today.

Akers is seeing so much more time in that offense and is emerging as the top back. Still hard to say but man Philly is a disaster. With Hurts, it’s hard to know what they are going to do with Sanders. I would probably lean Akers but it’s tough.

I have a first round bye so I’m going to see how Sanders does. He has some great match ups with Arizona and Dallas. My other option would be zeke and I can’t see him doing much against SF or phi.

Washington protected practice squad RB Javon Leake for this week, which is further evidence that Antonio Gibson is looking doubtful.

I need keke to come thru big. I can’t rely on Higgins or Boyd with burrow out.

Sigh.

Probably won’t play this weekend and they’ll shut him down. What’s the point of letting him play a game or two? They’ve made it clear they don’t want to play him unless he’s wearing a body condom

Yeah if he doesn't play this week he's done.
I managed to get the 1-seed without my top three picks him Golladay and Kittle. But if he can't play I don't like my chances

Same here.

Interesting discussion for next year is going back to RB zero and loading up on WR, TE and QB.

This is the third straight year I think I’ll be starting random RB backups in the semifinals.

In the past when I go into a draft married to a strategy it's backfired almost every time. All depends on your draft position and what the best possible roster construction is from there IMO.

Just as an example, I really wanted to go RB heavy this year. But in the 2nd round the only 2 left for me were Drake and Sanders so I went with Kelce. Just have to remain flexible as the draft progresses. I didn't get my 2nd RB until Mostert in round 8 or 9 because there was too much value at WR after that (we start 3 wrs and a flex).
