Kinda strange that both Mitchell and Wilson are experiencing knee irritation.

Alex Collins will practice today, Carroll says, and could be really active in the game plan this week. Says they'll figure out Adrian Peterson's role as the week goes on. He remains on the practice squad.

Elijah Mitchell isn’t playing this week, I’m almost certain of that.

I can’t catch a break. Waller very questionable and I lost Logan Thomas. Kamara is also very iffy and Mitchell doesn’t seem to be trending in the right direction.

I have zero clue how I’ve been able to maintain a playoff spot, so far. Thanks to this board I guess!

I've got Mitchell, Waller and Keenan Allen. Gonna be the 4th year in a row that I lose 3 players either entering the playoffs or in my first playoff game. It's hilarious at this point.

I’ve followed your fantasy life and we’ve had a good number of the same players.

Thankful to this board I’ve been able to make some quick moves in Mitchell, Van Jeff, and a few others that I’ve played in a pinch.

Who’s your Waller insurance? Thinking Rickey Seals Jones and Fant was rage dropped.

Options:
Jared Cook
Fant
RSJ
Kmet
Moreau

I'm going with Moreau and hoping to get a shootout.

The Chargers have placed WR Mike Williams and CB Chris Harris, Jr. on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Go get Jaylen Guyton if you need a WR.

I’d imagine this bumps Cook up too. Maybe he’s my TE play..

If a player is a close contact and they are unvaccinated it is a minimum of 5 days.

The belief is Mike Williams is unvaccinated. If that’s the case, he would be out for Sunday.

Chargers coach Brandon Staley says WR Mike Williams and CB Chris Harris Jr. were close contacts of WR Keenan Allen.

He doesn’t discount them from playing Sunday against the NY Giants.

Clarifying Mike Williams and Chris Harris status: Per Brandon Staley, Harris and Williams were deemed close contacts of Keenan Allen on Monday. Same day Allen was placed on COVID list.

Harris and Williams must quarantine for 5 days from Monday. So eligible to be activated Friday

Williams is listed as "Out," so slotted him into my IR spot and picked up Guyton.

I haven't started Williams in weeks, I was finally going to.

Other WR's are JJefferson and Renfrow

I don’t know who to throw in there now.

KJ Osborn or Guyton

If Allen and Williams both out then Guyton is solid. If either one plays I’d rather suit up Osborn.

I like both. I have Allen and I don't think I'm gonna play Osborn on the off chance that Allen might play. I'm gonna wait to see who I can plug in Sunday.

My only issue with Guyton is that they play the Giants - with a 3rd strong qb and a dinged up Saquon.

Chargers can probably win with 13pts, but maybe a Fromm INT gives a short field and some easy TDs.

#Vikings RB Dalvin Cook is now trending towards playing tonight against the #Steelers just 11 days after dislocating his left shoulder, per sources. He’s officially listed as questionable but has gotten first-team reps in practice and wants to give it a go.

quote:

The #Vikings expected Cook back Dec. 20 at Chicago. But intense rehab has rebuilt Cook’s strength and range of motion quickly. He’d be expected to play with a harness or some form of added protection. If he gets final medical clearance, the plan is to play.

As someone with Cook and Mattison, I don’t like this. Just as well see Cook get healthier and Mattison have one more full week.

Source said Cook has passed tests on his shoulder and will play barring pregame setback. Incredibly quick turn from dislocated shoulder.
