Commanders QB Jayden Daniels, who left Sunday’s win early because of his ribs, suffered an injury that is not considered to be serious but does require treatment and monitoring throughout the week, sources say.

His status vs. the #Bears is up in the air.

Per Ian Rapoport, head coach Dan Quinn said Daniels is considered "week-to-week" with a rib injury. Rapoport reported that the injury "is not considered to be serious but does require treatment and monitoring throughout the week."

"The status for Jayden, we put down as week-to-week as you guys know," Quinn said. "It's a rib injury and we'll take him through all the steps in practice and assess how he's doing and keep working through that. We're hopeful he can play, but we'll also make sure to take every precautionary step and do it smartly for the player and the man."

Maybe it’s just me but it seems crazy with all the additional “protection rules” for skill players, they are dropping like flies faster than before they were implemented.

I think it's because they've cut back so much football activity in the offseason that the guys aren't in football shape when the season starts.

I personally like McMillan a lot. Probably because I keep using him in daily on the cheap.

I've had tons of injuries (like everyone else), but losing both Rice and Godwin for the year sucks. Both were having great seasons also.

I read that as "concussion" and was thinking that must have been a hell of a hit to the knee.

This is not good news. Just a week ago I had a deep WR bench and was shopping Williams for a serviceable RB. Williams had -.4 points this week and will now be out for two weeks. Now he's dead weight on my bench and borderline droppable.

I can't help but wonder if the Lions knew this was coming last week and wanted to test out life without him.

It also strikes me that Williams just does not seem to try to follow rules. That's not a good fit for someone playing in a sport at a position that thrives on discipline.

Lions should shop him to the Saints, Bucs, or 49ers.

Dianna Russini reporting Rams are shopping Kupp and he may end up in KC.

Sounds like the Rams are really trying to move him even willing to take on his salary too.

As a Kupp owner in multiple leagues, I hope this is unsuccessful.
