2nd pick in a non-PPR keeper league

I joined a keeper league that had a lot of owner turnover, so this year is an open draft. Next year, we will have the ability to keep 2 players. I am going to have chance to get McCaffrey, Cook, Henry, or Kamara. Just wanted to get your take on who you would take, knowing you will most likely be keeping them next year as well.

Henry is worth strong consideration in non-PPR, no injury history while Cook has a significant one
