Big time trade proposal (chase and Henry)

Would you do this trade? This is a keeper league and both Chase and Henry were keepers
Team 1 gives up:
Jamaar Chase
Ju Ju
Javonte Williams or Jk Dobbins (7th rd for Williams so could be a keeper)
4th round pick next year.
Team 2 gives up:
Devonta Smith
Derrick Henry
Khalil Mack
10th round pick next year
Who wins that trade? Team 2 is 1-5 btw

Give me the equivalent 4th round running back from this year's draft. Not sure how many players get kept and the value of the 4th round player.
I think Team 2 at 1-5 sees the writing on the wall. This year and going forward (Henry can't last, can he?). Getting a young Chase as a keeper is the best player in the trade long term. Who knows about Javonte's knee or Dobbins going forward though.
It's pretty even. I think I would rather be Team 2. But I'd ask for a 2nd or 3rd round pick as a counter. And would do similarly as Team 3 (ask for an 8th round pick or something).

4th round back taken was Breece Hall. That’s all.
We have 2 keepers on offense and 1 Idp and most keepers were running backs.

I like Team 2, especially with a 4th potentially as valuable as B Hall. Still very close though. Good trade for both to meet their needs.
