Henderson, McLaurin, or Penny

I'm up 3 and opponent has Goedert. I'm leaning Henderson, but scared of Michel cutting into carries. McLaurin is so up and down. Penny is hard to trust, even after his big game last week.
Need to beat this guy, he is such a tool that talks way too much.

I’m starting Henderson fwiw. He’s been committeed if I had to guess so better hope he gets the RZ touches.
I’m not sure who I am going to start as my other RB for next week. This Ram RB situation is a problem for me next week. (I have Michel as handcuff too on bench). I just want one of those two to be the main guy next week

Henderson seems hard to trust. Sean McVay said the team's running back usage in Week 15 against the Seahawks will hinge on a "feel for the flow of the game." I think best case for Henderson is a 50/50 split; worst case could be Michel gets about 70-75% of the RB touches.
I'd go Penny. He's the safest bet here and you do have a 3 point lead.
McLaurin is too dicey with Garret f*ckin Gilbert starting at QB. If Heinicke or Allen get cleared then McLaurin's outlook is a little better though. I still wouldn't start him over Penny unless I needed big points.
