I need a RB to win my league.

Shall I trade Nico Collin’s for Bijan Robinson or David Montgomery?
I have a surplus of receivers: Malik Nabors, Ricky Persall, Ladd Mcconkey, Justin Jefferson and Marvin Harrison. And of course Nico Collins.
My RB currently are: Rico Dowdle, Johnathan Taylor.

If you can get someone to give you Bijan for Nico, do that immediately.

Hell yeah, but not sure anyone would give Bijan for Nico, particularly after yesterday.
He has Jefferson, and that's amazing. Maybe package Nico and Dowdle for Bijan and try? If not, I'd think maybe just Nico for Montgomery straight up. I like Montgomery's usage right now down the stretch, but it's hard to pry good RBs off other teams with all the injuries.

Nico lead in fantasy points for WR’s before his injury. Bijan is on a shite team but he produces. Both averaged 20+ points.

Yeah, he did. Great player. But inactive against the Lions and has been out since injuring his hamstring in Week 5 and who knows how he'll come back. Hammy's can linger so there's going to be some stigma tied to that.
Bijan is getting better as the season wears on, and with all the injuries, I think it'd be tough to part with him.
Depends on your trading partner and his needs right now. They're both probably likely to be top 10 in terms of fantasy production the rest of the year. If they're down for it, sure, that'd be a great trade for you IMHO.
