In a 8 team league -trade offer

I can’t seem to buy a win and have 3 top RBs. I have made a couple start sit decisions that have cost me. This league has an IDP and rewards big plays (40yds +2) and big tds (40yards +4) and is also PPR
None of my players have had big tds’ and only Keenan Allen has had a long play of 40 yards (2x)
My opponents seem to have players get huge plays against me (Jefferson and Chubb this week)
I was offered Montgomery and Godwin for Najee? Thoughts.?
I have:
Stafford
Allen
Woods
Kamara (was my keeper)
Ekeler
Harris
Kittle
Cooks
Mitchell
Tucker
Arizona
Besides cooks the rest of my players have been consistent. The week I don’t play cooks he does well. The weeks I start him he is meh. Played him over kittle this week and played Carolina one Arizona defense (smh). I’m 3-6 (alone in last place) and one game out of 4th place.
Harris has the easiest part of his schedule coming up and might get some big play opportunities.
Godwin and Montgomery would be nice adds but then would have to decide who I start every week out of them two and Kittle.
Really just venting because my team has been the most consistent and have had a tough schedule. Need to win 2 in a row and playing the first place team this week.
