Keeper League: Trading Waddle

League is set up where we can keep players (not 1st rounders) for a maximum of 3 years by using 1 round higher than where they were drafted/previously kept.
Waddle can be kept this off-season for a 5th rounder and the following offseason for a 4th before he goes back in the pot.
I'm debating either keeping him and use this excellent value to rebuild or I unload him this year. Although he's a great player, he's shown to be streaky and him disappearing before Sunday is a big reason I'm 1-7 and in sell mode. I like by core players to be more consistent.
I have teams in a bidding war with the best offer being a 1st rounder, a 4th rounder and a 2024 7th rounder.
Thoughts?

I ended up getting a 1st and 4th next year and another 4th in 2024.
