Keeper Question: Time to Rebuild

I'm in the middle of my most frustrating season in my 20 years playing FFB. 5th in points, but 0-6 and time to sell. My league lets us keep 3 players by giving up the pick for the round before they were drafted for the next year. Players can be kept a max of 3 years, and 1st rounders cannot be kept. I unloaded Saquon for two first rounders, so off to a good start.
The players I'm debating keeping are listed below with the round I'd have to give up next year to keep them in parenthesis.
Kyler Murray (14th)
Chubb (6th)
Hockensen (9th)
Addison (8th)
Johnathon Brooks (5th)
Johnathon Taylor (3rd)
Nico (7th) - Trying to get him in a trade for Davante Adams
Assuming Hockenson and Chubb return to starter form and I can add Nico, which three would you choose?
I like Nico and Taylor, but can't decide on the third player.
I can still trade the ones with good value that I don't keep in the offseason, so hoping to make some capital there as well.
