QB Trade Thoughts?

I have Tannehill and Henry, need to spread the risk there and get an alternative QB.
Offering Tannehill and Cooks for Dak straight up. Guy is ready to accept.
I have Chase, Williams, Davis, Murray and Parker for flex plays after moving Cooks.
Have Adams and Lamb as starter WRs.
Decent trade right?
