Sit/Start WR Question

I have a pretty stacked WR corp and I’m looking for some advice.
2 WR plus or minus flex:
Nico Collins (quest) vs Denver
Diggs vs ATL
Smith-Njigba vs WSH (definite)
J Addison vs DET
Pearsal vs NYG
Devonta Smith is on bye.
My RBs currently are McCaffrey and Pacheco.
Rashaad White is on bye. I do have Chuba Hubbard on the bench. He could fill the other flex spot.
My choices:
Njigba and Diggs with Addison or Collins on flex.
Collins has a bad matchup at Denver and is coming off concussion.

Surtain will be out for Denver, but you need Collins to clear concussion protocol for that to matter.

Nico if hes a go over Diggs.
Persall isnt even going to try to practice until Wed, bet he isnt gonna be a go and even if he is, what are you going to get out of him in the first game back? Probably need at least 2 games back before hes startable.
Hubbard can stay on the bench. Carolina has learned its lesson. Rico is the new starter.

Assuming PPR you'd have to pick Doubs on volume of targets alone.
Then probably Moore?
