Starting A Football Dynasty League. Looking for advice.

My friends and I are starting a 10 team dynasty league and was looking for some dos and dont’s from some experienced dynasty players to set up the league. Any info would be appreciated. One of our biggest debates is to superflex or not. Thanks.

We roster 25 players. Keep 20 year from year.
Dont snake during your rookie drafts. Draft from Worse to best.
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 Round one.
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 Round two.
If you snake it actually gives whoever wins the championship previous year 2 of the first 11 picks. You want that reversed so the weakest team can try and build.
Dynasty im in has been going for 8 years now. Make sure you have 10 people who are actually committed.

Kickers are a part of the game. Limit their scoring and roll them into the D S/T scoring.

No kicker or Defense. Definitely superflex. It makes the rookie draft way more interesting instead of a RB/WR fest.

Make everyone pay 50% of the next year's dues in advance as a deposit. If they leave the league, they lose the deposit.

Use Sleeper
If draft picks are traded, year of pick payment is required

Taxi squads are good
I’m in two dynasties, one superflex and one not. I highly recommend just one QB. There aren’t enough QBs to go around for dynasty, well in 12 team leagues at least.

A big difference in superflex between 10 and 12 team leagues. 12 is harder for sure but 10 is perfect.

For a 10 team league, you absolutely have to have a Superflex spot

The QB position will be deemed worthless if it’s not a SF in a 10 team league
