Tampa Bay is the lowest scoring Defense, but is it time to start them?

Im considering starting Tampa Defense this week, even though they have scored the fewest points.
Their schedule so far:
New Orleans
Philadelphia
Pittsburgh
Chicago
Atlanta
That is a bad run against playoff contender/high scoring offensive teams. I'm not sure how good a defense could expect to be against those opponents.
Now this week they get Cleveland who have consistently been giving up sacks and turnovers( 26 & 9). Cleveland has only scored more than 21 points once this year( their win versus horrible oakland)
Tampa just moved on from their D coordinator, so they will feel rejuvenated and get to play at home versus a shakey Offense. Also, Cleveland will be headed into the 90 degree heat as compared to their 50 degree home.
I think the ease of competition after seeing near the best their past 5 games, along with a refocus on defense, and an opponent which makes mistakes and isnt use to the climate make Tampa a decent 1 week filler for those who need a defense to start.
New to this, am I missing something?

I mean...I would assume there is a much better option to stream

I don’t think you’re missing anything, but I do think that you might be overthinking this. A shite defense is a shite defense, no matter who the coordinator is

That secondary is one of the worst in NFL history. Do not play Tampa defense.

Best projected available was Arizona. Thanks for the advice, but I wish I hadn't have listened to it.
