Tough call. Tanny in first game without Henry vs one the league's best defense and Carr vs a decent defense in first game without Ruggs.
FantasyPros has Carr at 11 and Tanny at 14. I think I would go with Carr vs the Giants which is the easier of the two matchups.
If you have an extra roster spot you could pick up Taysom Hill in case he starts. He practiced in full today.

I like Tanny. Mainly based of weapons. Both have one elite pass catcher but I give the nod to AJ.
Carr just lost a weapon in Ruggs and has much better rb options near the goal line.
Plus Tanny is much more likely to get a rushing score and will probably be in a high scoring game. I can see Giants def holding Raiders to a similar offensive production as Chiefs last week. Raiders coming off a bud which usually helps though.
Raiders are traveling East to NY. Tanney playing in a “dome”. What is the weather like in NYC? What has Vegas set the o/u in each game? How many implied points?

Carr without question, he will be fine without ruggs and is playing like a top 10 QB. Tannehill is more of an unknown without Henry
