Trying to decide between Dalton Schultz and Dawson Knox ROS

Obviously the bye won't help my decision.
Knox appears to be taking the lead on snap counts, and his schedule is easy, but I'm afraid that easy schedule will push him out of the game plan at times.
Schultz may have a little more competition at the position and from WR's, but I'm less afraid of Dallas turning into a run-first through Dak offense than I am of Buffalo doing the same.
Should I just play the matchups each week? These guys are 4 and 5 at the TE position in PPR.

I wouldn’t sit Knox until he gives you a reason to.

I'm interested to see what Schultz does when Gallup comes back.
