What needs to be added to this trade?

12 team .5 PPR. They have Kelce and Bowers and are willing to part with Bowers to get more value for the rest of their team. If the basis is a Mark Andrews for Bowers swap, what does the Andrews side need to add to make it fair? Would a WR swap in their favor work?

I guess my question is why would the basis be an Andrews for Bowers swap? Andrew’s and Kelce have both been horrible, but if the Bowers owner is comfortable riding with Kelce to shore up other positions, he probably doesn’t want another TE on his bench.
When you say “tradeable WRs” does this mean those are the only ones you and he are willing to give up? Or is that the entire WR stable for both teams?
