As a Waddle owner myself I'd go Waddle.
Not the best matchup for Collins if he does play and Deejay Dallas will likely get all the passing work.
Booker has a bad matchup and running behind a bad o-line that's hard enough to trust Barkley behind.
Waddle has a great matchup and should be heavily targeted as he was last week.
