This, I'd look for another trade partner for sure. If you're just set on getting Johnson, the only trade I could see that close to fair for both sides would be:
McCoy and K.Allen for Johnson and E.Sanders. If I were you though, I wouldn't make that deal. You could try and shop one of your TE's with McCoy and see if he bites since he only has Walker at TE. Overall though, I like his roster better and if I were him it would be hard to give up DJ in this scenario.
