Why does his face look like it is warping from frame to frame? Also, slow that shite down a tad.

Looks pretty good.
One thing you could have done to keep his head from appearing to bobble so much, get a cutout of the rapper's head and attach it to the cutout of weiss, then paste it onto the body. You see the hat changes perception but the face doesn't.
Before attaching the hat to the weiss you could add a Inner Shadow blending to weiss from the top to blend the gap b/w the hat and the head.
Also; like stout said, slow it down a bit.
You pretty much have the basics down, just need to touch it up a bit.
