need help editing in photoshop

I want to take out LSU off the helmet and put in M.I.L.F with possibly a small picture of some boobs where the tiger logo is. this is for my fantasy football avatar. please help. here is the picture..just need the helmet.

Cropped it
Duplicated the layer (in case I messed up) and turned it off
Clone Stamp areas with similar color variance
Smudge Tool (a blur tool option) to even out the gradients and overall look
Blur tool to Polish the helmet
Text layer - Arched type, free transformed, warped to finish the edges

one more request please...same helmet with BAYOU instead of MILF. Please leave the tiger logo on the helmet this time. My other league is called Bayou Tigers. Thanks alot for everyones help
